Sustainability reports are based on GRI (Global Reporting Initiative). Sveaskog is a member of Global Compact and Globalt Ansvar.
Sveaskog follows the guidelines for responsible forestry as laid down by the Forest Stewardship Council, FSC. All Sveaskog forest is certified in accordance with FSC.
We develop alternative forestry methods to facilitate other business and operations. One example is careful land preparation which leaves lava that is an important food source for reindeer in the ground.
