From the 21/4 2020 it is only possible to pay by credit card. Paying with cash will not be possible in the future.

Right now there is a burning ban in Blekinge county from April 17. Prohibition of fire in forest and land outside of urban area. The prohibition includes activities such as burning, barbeque and other burning with solid fuels (firewood, coal, briquettes, grass, branches, etc.). The prohibition does not include barbeque and cooking at prepared places designed so that the danger of ignition and spread is low.

Salmon that have spawned should be returned to the river during March and April. During August and September, all females (salmon, trout, hybrid) with an adipose fin should be returned quickly. Fish that are foul hooked - hooked in places other than the mouth or throat must be unhooked with utmost care and returned as quickly as possible.

The permitted daily catch allowance is one salmon or sea trout per day. The minimum size is 50 cm except rainbow which is not included in the quota. You may return your catch and carry on fishing. However, keep in mind that this should be done with the utmost respect and care for the fish.

Once you decide to keep your allocated fish for the day (1 fish), then you must immediately cease fishing. The permitted annual catch is 6 salmon fish. After raising the allowable quota for the season, you must interrupt your fishing for the rest of the season.

All caught fish must be registered via this page. Released Salmon or sea trout should be estimated by length, all other salmon or sea trout’s should be measured and weighed at the weighing in station situated at Laxens Hus.
