Terms of Purchase

Terms of Purchase when purchasing Mörrums Kronolaxfiske products.

These terms of purchase apply when you (“Customer”, or “you”) purchase products from Mörrums Kronolaxfiske, part of Sveaskog Förvaltnings Aktiebolag, org. no. 556016–9020, 105 22 Stockholm (“Sveaskog”, “we”, “our” and “us”), online via morrum.com (“Website”) or over the counter at our reception in Mörrum. Products that can be purchased via the Website or over the reception counter are referred to in these terms of purchase as the “product”/“products” or specifically “Fishing license”.
The terms of purchase, together with the booking confirmation, and the general terms/rules that apply to the product(s) you have purchased, constitute an agreement between you and Sveaskog (the “Agreement”).

1. General

For all purchases made on the Website and over the reception desk, you confirm that the information you have provided is correct and that you are authorized to make the purchase.

2. Booking

2.1 By clicking on “I confirm that I have read and approved”, in Sveaskog’s digital checkout on the Website, you accept these terms and conditions. You confirm your booking of the product(s) you have added to the shopping cart by clicking on the “Confirm booking” button and will then be forwarded to the payment service provider for online payment that you have chosen. Please note that you may need to accept the chosen payment service provider’s own terms and conditions in connection with the payment.

2.2 When your payment is completed, Sveaskog will confirm your booking by sending a booking confirmation with the sender morrum@sveaskog.se to the email address you provided in the checkout and your booking will then become binding. Sveaskog always has an unconditional right to refuse an order without giving reasons for this.

3. About the purchase of a fishing license and rental of accommodation and equipment

3.1 A purchase of a Fishing License means that Sveaskog grants you as a Customer and the natural persons you specify as fishing license holders in your booking (“License Holder”) the right to engage in fishing within the area and period of time stated in the booking confirmation, in accordance with the fishing regulations that apply at any time for the Fishing License you have purchased.

3.2 The following general terms and conditions apply:
When purchasing a Fishing License: See the applicable fishing regulations for the respective area at morrum.com

3.3 All License Holders must be aware of and agree to comply with the general terms and conditions that apply to the Fishing License you have purchased. If you purchase a Fishing License on behalf of other License Holders, you undertake to inform other License Holders of the applicable fishing regulations.

3.4 The fishing license is personal to the specified Licensee and may not be assigned, sub-assigned or otherwise transferred to anyone else.

3.5 When renting accommodation and/or outdoor equipment, the person responsible for the purchase is also responsible for the cabin/room or canoe/bicycle/fishing equipment or the actual equipment rented. This means that the same person is responsible for returning the rented product in equivalent condition or, upon return, reporting any damage that may have occurred.

3.6 When returning a damaged rental product, an assessment is made on a case-by-case basis as to whether the damage was caused by negligence or whether the customer could have prevented the damage with normal foresight. There is a liability for compensation and any compensation claims may be made against the renter based on the value of the rental product and the extent of the damage.

4. Prices

4.1 Prices are those stated on the Website at the time of the Customer’s order. All prices are in Swedish kronor (SEK) and are shown inclusive of VAT.

4.2 Prices on the Website are subject to change at any time and without notice. Such changes do not affect bookings already made.

5. Payment and payment methods

5.1 Payment is made directly in connection with your booking. The following payment methods are available:

Card: Pay the full order value with a debit or credit card. We currently accept VISA and Mastercard and do not charge card fees. Payment is made securely and is certified according to PCI DSS. We do not store any card details.

Swish: Direct payment with Swish. If you are connected to Swish, you can make a payment that is deducted directly from your bank account. Open the Swish app on your mobile device and approve the payment via your mobile Bank-ID to complete the purchase.

6. Delivery of fishing licenses and other products

6.1 The fishing license will be sent to the email address you provided at checkout in connection with the booking confirmation, no later than 1 hour after we have received your payment.

6.2 You are entitled to other products after we have received your payment. Keys to accommodation, canoes, etc. can then be collected from our reception or handed out by other agreement.

7. Cancellation and refund of various products

To cancel a booking, please contact morrum@sveaskog.se or call the reception on tel. 0454-501 23. Regardless of the product, you can always get 75% of your paid amount back if you cancel due to illness upon presentation of a relevant medical certificate.

7.1 Fishing permits (does not apply to long-term/seasonal permits) are refunded with 75% of the payment made if you cancel at least 10 days before your first fishing day. Cancellations made later than 10 days before the first fishing day of your current booking are not refunded, but should still be made so that another angler is given the opportunity to fish. When canceling long-term/seasonal permits, no refund will be issued.

7.2 Fishing packages and fishing courses are refunded with 75% of the payment made if you cancel at least 30 days before the arrival date. If you cancel later than 30 days before, no refund will be issued.

Sveaskog has provided travel guarantees to the Swedish Board of Financial Services. This means that you can receive a full refund for package products in the event that Sveaskog goes bankrupt after you have paid your payment.

7.3 Overnight stays at camping, campsites and accommodation in Kungsforsen accommodation are refunded with 75% of the payment made if you cancel at least 7 days before your first overnight stay. If you cancel later than 7 days before, no refund will be issued.

7.4 Outdoor equipment, such as bicycles, canoes, kayaks, fishing rods or waders, are refunded with 75% of the amount paid if you cancel at least 7 days before the first day of use. If you cancel later than 7 days before, no refund will be issued.
The refund will be made without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 days from the day on which we were notified of your decision to cancel your product.

8. Complaints

If something in your booking or your product is incorrect, please contact us at morrum@sveaskog.se.

The right to complain is lost if you do not inform the staff on site. For example, if you leave your accommodation or arrangement without Mörrums Kronolaxfiske having had a reasonable time to resolve the problem, you lose your right to any compensation. Claims for compensation must be submitted to Mörrums Kronolaxfiske in writing no later than 30 days after the end of the visit.

9. Force majeure

9.1 Sveaskog is exempt from fulfilling its obligations under the Agreement and its penalties if extenuating circumstances exist, including but not limited to, government action, new or amended legislation, labor market conflict, pandemic/epidemic, increased defense readiness, sanctions, blockade, strike, fire, flood or other natural disaster, sabotage or accident, and if such circumstance makes it difficult, prevents or delays Sveaskog's performance.

10. Personal data

10.1 In order to fulfill and administer the Agreement with you, Sveaskog processes your personal data. For more information, please refer to Sveaskog's currently valid and relevant privacy policy, which is available at https://www.sveaskog.se/integritetspolicy/.

11. Term of Agreement

11.1 The Agreement shall be effective from the date of purchase and shall automatically terminate without prior notice when the lease term for the relevant product expires (unless the Agreement has been terminated earlier in accordance with clause 2). Clauses 13 and 14 of these Terms and Conditions of Purchase shall, however, continue to apply between the Parties even after the Agreement has terminated in accordance with this clause or clause 11.2. If the Customer or the Licensee violates this Agreement, applicable general terms and conditions, laws, ordinances, regulations or general advice, or otherwise behaves inappropriately, Sveaskog has the right to terminate the Agreement with immediate effect. In such a case, the Customer is obliged to compensate Sveaskog for the damage caused to it due to the breach of contract.

12. Changes to the Terms and Conditions

Sveaskog may change these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The current version of the Terms and Conditions is the one found on the Website. Changes to the Terms and Conditions do not affect orders already placed.

13. Liability

Sveaskog is not liable for damage arising in connection with the purchase or rental of products via the Website, except in the event that Sveaskog has acted with gross negligence or intent.

14. Applicable law and dispute resolution

The Agreement and these terms and conditions are governed by Swedish law, with the exception of its conflict of law rules. Disputes arising from the Agreement and these terms and conditions shall be finally settled in a Swedish general court.
