Code of Conduct

The Code of Conduct defines how Sveaskog should behave as a business partner, employer and societal actor. The Code applies to employees’ individual responsibilities and to our responsibilities towards employees and the wider community.

All Sveaskog employees have the responsibility and obligation to comply with the Code of Conduct. To ensure compliance with the Code, a whistleblower function is in place to enable non-compliance to be reported. The Code also applies, where appropriate, to customers, suppliers and contractors. Sveaskog’s managers must ensure that the Code of Conduct is complied with in day-to-day operations. The Code should always be run through during new hires, performance appraisals, procurements, business follow-ups etc. At the signing of business and cooperation agreements, the Code of Conduct is attached to the agreement.
